Let me start this off by saying I quit Hell Inc and started an awesome job over a year ago. I am so happy now.

I love my current job, and it's time to dust this blog off and start posting again.

I had stopped posting in here because Hell Inc got worse (yes, WORSE). I could barely keep my sanity and hold it together. I'll just list a few bullet points as to how bad it got:

1. I was no longer allowed to call managers if the customers demanded them because I was "offering" a manager instead of "dealing" with the problem myself.

I had to just stand there and let the irate customers scream, cuss, and demand managers until the department next to us (I called them the Horta Hatchlings in another post) would call for a manager. If I happened to be the one to call for one, I got written up. If it was them, they couldn't say a damned thing.

We all knew the real reason for this "policy" was because the managers did not want to (and sometimes refused) to deal with our crazy customers.

2. The customers got worse.

Nuff said.

3. Employees were quitting at the drop of a hat, so we were severely understaffed.

Even reliable Ned Flanders quit. He had left in the middle of his shift many times after that incident I described in another post. Hell, even Robb Stark moved into another department (he had been there for NINE years. NINE).

I sometimes wonder if it's still bad there. They had a shift in management when I left. I will never work in retail again if I can help it. NEVER EVER. That was utter hell on earth. People are selfish, crazy, and ignorant. It is no wonder that the president of my country is a certain cheeto.
